Get your official entry form, fill it out and turn it in.

(You can also download an entry form here, but you must stop at Rookies to buy a pack of cards and to turn in the form.)

Entries will only be accepted at Rookies. One entry per person per week.
The weekly deadline is the end of business the day of the first game of the each week.
