Unicorns Select Higgins with First Pick The St. Louis Unicorns selected 2B Cleopatra Higgins of England with the 13th pick of the first round of the inaugural Venus Baseball League draft. The 22 year old right handed hitter will anchor the Unicorn lineup. "Higgins is a strong all-around player," said Manager Adrienne Barbeau, "she has power, hits for average, and should be a great part of this team's future."
